The Story of PersianSword.com
The story of Persian Sword begins in 2021 with a young sword enthusiast, M. Nasir, deep in the suburbs of Wazirabad, part of Punjab, Pakistan.

Our Story
In 2021, Nasir held a crumbling 19th-century shamshir in a local antique market in Lahore, Pakistan. The blade was rusted, but its Damascus steel patterns still whispered of Persia’s golden age.
“Why are these masterpieces fading into history while replicas flood the market?”
That moment sparked a 3-year quest to:
🔹 Partner with descendants of Persian smiths now in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
🔹 Study museum archives, historical texts, and private collections.
🔹 Build a network of traditional bladesmiths who could recreate these legends.
Finally, in 2025, PersianSword.com launched with one mission:
👉 To bring authentic Persian swords to the modern world—without compromising history or quality.

Why We’re Different
1. Truth in a Market of Fakes
Most “Persian” swords online are:
❌ Stainless steel wall-hangers (can’t hold an edge).
❌ Mislabeled replicas (wrong curvature, cheap engravings).
We sell only:
✅ Hand-forged high-carbon steel (functional and display options).
✅ Historically verified designs (measured from antiques and manuscripts).
2. The Afghan-Pakistani Connection
Though based in Pakistan, we work with:
Third-generation smiths trained in Persian techniques.
Metalurgists specializing in Damascus and wootz steel.
Historians to authenticate every design.
Our Craftsmanship
